At Precise Golf, we are dedicated to your performance on the course and offer a 30-day return window for all equipment in new, unused condition. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
